The video below shows the processing of a melamine desk end panel, from our CNC Woodworking Machine, to our Edgebander, to our T-Mold Inserter. This particular customer manufacturers desks and sells to several government agencies. They specialize in metal fabrication and the majority of there facility is metal working equipment, while the wood component manufacturing is secondary. Their wood shop was not large enough to keep up with production and was constantly delaying orders. They were faced with the decision to expand their wood shop or sub-contract their wood production to another company. They chose to subcontract to A List Wood Works and are now able to keep up with their production, and did not have to purchase more CNC equipement, lease more space, and hire more employees.
