Gillette Stadium MARKET FRESH

Design Development

Two different locales were built at opposite sides of the stadium to serve a large volume of clients in a short period of time, whose peak occurs during matches breaks.

The driving idea behind this concept was to create a series of clearly identifiable and flexible stations that could be repositioned along a common base or replaced by alternate ones in response to market fluctuations and customer preferences.

The efficiency in the flow of customers, the expedited ordering and serving of the food, and a fast checkout process were essential for the success of the operation.

flexible stations

This suite of foodservice stations is fabricated from blackened oxidized steel tubing, panels and expanded mesh, custom stained birch wood, moisture-resistant substrates, tempered glass, and NSF-approved plastic laminates. The heavy-duty construction matches its high-transit use and is intended to stand the test of time.

manufacturing and INSTALLATION

In addition to manufacturing all the components, A-List Woodworks provided and integrated all the food equipment.

We coordinated all the electrical and plumbing details with the onsite general contractors and installed the patterned solid surface and graphic wall finishes.

The installation of all the modules was performed in an expedited fashion since all the modules were preassembled and tested on our facilities prior to delivery.
